Time is one of the most precious resources, and mastering its management is key to achieving productivity and success. I had the privilege of conducting a dynamic Time Management Skills Workshop for the talented and innovative Pune R&D Team at Zuventus Healthcare Limited.

Keeping this philosophy in mind, we recently conducted an engaging workshop on 20th and 21st January 2025 at our Pune R&D Plant for the innovative minds in our Research & Development team.

We are thrilled to share the success of the Zuventus Certified Recruiter (ZCR) Workshop, designed to strengthen our hiring managers' ability to conduct structured, competency-driven interviews at R&D, Pune. This initiative ensures we attract and onboard top talent to drive innovation.

At Zuventus Healthcare, we believe that continuous learning and skill enhancement are key drivers of innovation. Recognizing the need for development among our Junior R&D Managers, Dr. Vikram Gharge (Director - R&D) and Ulhas Divekar (AGM HR) identified critical learning areas to empower our scientists. This led to the design of Elevate & Excel, a two-step capability-building program tailored for 25 R&D scientists.
