We are thrilled to share the success of the Zuventus Certified Recruiter (ZCR) Workshop, designed to strengthen our hiring managers' ability to conduct structured, competency-driven interviews at R&D, Pune. This initiative ensures we attract and onboard top talent to drive innovation.

The workshop was inaugurated with insightful addresses by Dr. Vikram Gharge (Director - R&D) setting the stage for a deep dive into best-in-class recruitment strategies.

Expertly facilitated by Dr. Amrit Karmarkar (Senior Manager - HR), participants engaged in hands-on practice of various interviewing methods, including:

• In-person (1:1) interviews
• Panel interviews (in-person & virtual via Zoom)

Key learning areas included:

• Competency-based behavioral interviews (CBI)
• Framing questions based on competencies
• Interview do’s and don’ts
• Behavioral aspects of interviewing
• Effective note-taking techniques
