At Zuventus Healthcare, we believe that continuous learning and skill enhancement are key drivers of innovation. Recognizing the need for development among our Junior R&D Managers, Dr. Vikram Gharge (Director - R&D) and Ulhas Divekar (AGM HR) identified critical learning areas to empower our scientists. This led to the design of Elevate & Excel, a two-step capability-building program tailored for 25 R&D scientists.

This two-day experiential learning program was focused on:

• Interpersonal Skills – Empathy, Emotional Intelligence, Collaboration, and Relationship Building
• Effective Communication – Active Listening, Clear Communication, and Conflict Resolution
• Application of Practical Tools & Techniques to real life.

Engaging Learning Activities Included:

• R&D Shark Tank – Driving cross-functional collaboration & cost consciousness
• Mock Review Meeting – Enhancing structured communication & feedback mechanisms
• Experiential Learning Games – Paper Bridge, Story in Circle, Blinded Emotional Maze & many more
• Psychometric Assessment – Evaluating empathy through Empathy Questionnaire
• R&D-Specific Case Studies based on Conflict Resolution, Empathy, Collaboration, and Communication

We are thrilled to share that the feedback rating was 5/5 stars, with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 100 – a testament to the impact of this initiative!
