- Meet the number of Doctors and Chemist per day as decided by respective divisions as per company policy & Making presentations (detailing) to doctors, specialists, etc..
- Do chemist survey to get market information and ensure availability of products..
- Ensure % implementation of strategy and campaigns..
- Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory..
- Ensure on time payment collection and sales and stock data from stockist.
- Ensure new product success in your territory.
- Ensure increase in prescriber base in your territory.
- Regularly visit stockiest and monitor near expiry stocks and ensure liquidation.
